Our Wordpress site is shaping up!
We are excited to have our website 90% complete, but even more excited about the possibilites this gives our club to connect with one another, our community and new potential members. Whether you tune in and subscribe to our blog feed, which I still have to burn at Feedburner (please be patient Rome wasn’t built in a day) or you follow our updates on Twitter or you keep up with our photos on Flickr- we are happy to have you.
Our motto in the Lions Club is “We Serve” and we hope this website and blog help us to communicate what we do and who we do it for on a much grander scale.
Please start sharing this site with everyone who has some connection with Middletown or our club. Spread the word. We are producing a PDF which highlights the donations we’ve made to various organizations over the years at our club. It should be a great tool to show our supporters and community how much we try to give back each and every year.
Great meeting last night
Each week we can use this to post the minutes, the reports and to scan and upload any cards, letters, etc for those who did not make the meeting.
