Middletown Lion Kay Mills Awarded Honors
Middletown, KY Lion Kay Mills was awarded the “Star of Stars Vision Conservationist Award” on 6-10-11 at the KY vs. IN High School All Stars game at “Knights Hall” on the campus of Bellarmine University. This award was given to her for her tireless work over 27 years to enhance the Game as a chief KLEF Fundraiser. Her commitment to every task large or small has resulted in thousands of dollars generated for the work of the Kentucky Lions Eye Foundation. Helen Keller asked the Lions to become Knights of the Blind in 1925. What an appropriate place to receive this award. Congratulations Lion Kay
